Maja, a certified executive and team coach, is the founder and managing director of Connect Lead Grow. Following a successful marketing career at T-Mobile, Maja understands the real challenges facing today’s leaders in highly competitive and regulated markets. Determined to make the complex simple, she has influenced and coordinated teams across the breadth of internal functions, from Finance and Legal to IT and Sales. Maja believes organisations succeed when their people thrive. By turning her talents towards the complexity of human beings, Maja aligns her coaching clients’ values and strengths to their career aspirations. She develops high potential executives and teams to improve individual and collective performance, create sustainable results and bring out their best. From her own experience, she knows business success follows. Building coaching sessions on partnership, openness, commitment and respect, Maja creates a safe environment for courageous conversations. Her coaching clients have diverse backgrounds and professional activities spanning from entrepreneurship to global corporations in sectors such as telecom, FMCG and finance.
